Proposal: Replace existing concrete bulkhead with a new rock
bulkhead along both lots, total of 130' and clean up beach along all 220' owned. The 73'
section at the City road end of Decatur St., which is between the subject lots, is also
proposed to be cleaned up and replace the existing bulkhead with rock. Contact and
coordination with the City of Port Townsend and the Washington State Department of
Fish and Wildlife has been done prior to permit submittal and will continue during the
permit process to ensure all aspects of the proposal follow the rules and regulations set
forth in the applicable laws.
