The primary purpose of this bin would be to store malted barley. This would in noway effect current production capacity. lt would however provide an efficient alternative to grain stored in 50 lb. sacks. From the bottom of the bin, a 3 inch diameter P.V.C.pipe would enter the brewery. Via a flex auger,this pipe would carry grain to the inside of the brewery.
