Statutory Street Vacations: Hussey’s Addition and McKinley Street (between Madison & Quincy) Action: Move to approve authorization for City Manager to execute necessary documents to vacate certain rights of way in Hussey’s Addition consistent with the draft settlement; and to vacate the north one-half of McKinley subject to lot development being based on platted lot lines. E. AmeriCorps Library Reading Program Action: Move to authorize the City Manager to execute necessary documents (grant application and MOU) for an AmeriCorps position for the Library.
