TEMPORARY EROSION & SEDIMENT

install temporary erosion control measures as required
during construction. Measures shall include but are not
limited to installation of silt fencing and graveled
construction entrance. The public right-of--way shall be
kept clean. Tracking of mud and debris from the site will
not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition
will result in all work on the site being stopped. Areas
disturbed by construction activity that will not be
covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g.,
parking, walkways, driveways, porches, etc.) shall be
landscaped or re-seeded within. Once construction is
completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with
seeding, plantings, sod, etc. Applicant is responsible for
protection of adjacent properties.
