Temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC) measures shall be installed on-site and inspected prior to beginning construction; ca11385-2294, press 3. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and graveled construction entrance. The public right-of--way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in ali work on the site being stopped.
