SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TESC: Inspection of erosion control and soil stabilization measures is required prior to
commencing construction activity on the site. Refer to approved Street and Utility
Development Permit for specific conditions. For inspection call 385-2294, press 3. Call by 8:00
a.m. for same day inspection.
2. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
3. FRAMING: Engineered truss plan shall be on-site at time of inspection.
FINAL: The Building Department is unable to pass final inspection on your project until Public
Works requirements have been completed and inspected. For inspection, call 385-2294, press
3; a minimum of twenty-four hours notice is required. Public Works approval must be received
prior to scheduling the Building Department's final inspection.
~ENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building perrnit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
