SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . RELOCATED HOMES ARE SUBJECT TO INSTALLATION PER THE MANUFACTURER'S
INSTALLATION MANUAL (s this a Redman home?), ANSI STANDARD A225.1 (available
from CTED), or INSTRUCTIONS PER WA. STATE ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT.
2. TESC: Applicant shalt install erosion control measures on-site as needed during construction.
Measures may include but are not limited to installation of graveled construction entrance, silt
fencing, fire wash, sweeping of paved surfaces, etc. Rights-of-way shall be kept clean of dirt
and debris. Soils exposed during construction shall be stabilized by mulching, plastic covering,
sodding etc. Once construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with
seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
3. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 8D psi, pressure reducing valve required.
4. PLUMBING: Main shut-off valve to be installed in water supply piping prior to connection to
home. Valve shall be full-flow type (gate or ball valve); minimum 3/4" diameter, same as
supply pipe.
5. PLUMBING: Water heater pressure relief valve drain shall extend outside of skirting, with
elbow down and terminate between 6' and 2A" above ground.
6. PLUMBING: Horizontal runs in drainage system shall be sloped minimum 1/4" per foot.
7. PLUMBING: Freeze protection Insulation) required for water supply pipes outside and in crawl
space.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1 RESTRICTIONS
8. MECHANICAL: Dryer exhaust shall be vented to the outside. Extension into crawl space
requires venting through skirting with no dips; follow dryer manufacturer's instructions. Moisture
exhaust duct shall not exceed total combined vertical and horizontal length of 14 feet with 2
90-degree elbows.
9. MECHANICAL: Whole house exhaust fan timer shall be set to operate for 2 4-hour periods pe
d~ unless central exhuast fan is set to run continuously.
10. MECHANICAL: Heating crossover ducts in Super Good Cents homes shall be insulated to
minimum R-8,
11 . DRAINAGE: Run-off shall surface flow to street per Towne Point Master Plan unless otherwise
approved by the Dept. of Public Works.
12. FINAL: Pier supports and anchors per manufactured home installation manual require
inspection prior to skirting. Steel piers shall be load stamped.
13. FINAUSKIRTING: No holes or gaps greater than 1/4" allowed in skirting. Crawl space
ventilation per manufacturer's specs or 1/150 (12 req'd.), located on at least two opposing sides
. to provide for cross ventilation, one (1) within 3' of each corner. Crawl space access required:
one (1) per section or as required by manufacturer; minimum 18" x 24".
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Catl for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
