SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. TESC: Applicant/contractor shall install temporary erosion control measures as required
during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and

graveled construction entrance. The public right-of--way shall be kept clean Tracking of mud
and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in
all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construMion activity which are not to be
covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, parches, etc.)
Shall be landscaped or reseeded within seven days after reaching final grade. Once construction
is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc.
Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
2. Final: Final Inspection may be done at Framing Inspection if Work is complete.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Owner or owner's agent shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies noted by
required inspeMions.
2. Re-inspection is required after any corrections-are completed.
3. Final Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy are required PRIOR to occupancy.
4. All building permits eapire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspeMions
have been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspeMion per
year to keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMTT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
