SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. TESL: Applicant/contractor shall install temporary erosion control measures as required during
construction. Measures shall include but aze not limited to installation of silt fencing and graveled
construction entrance. The public right-of--way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud and debris from the
site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in all work on the site being
stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which aze not to be covered by permanent impervious
surfaces (e.g, parking, walkways, driveways, porches, etc.) Shall be landscaped or re-seeded within two
days after reaching final grade. Once construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized
with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.

GENERAL

2. Reinspection is required after any corrections are completed.
3. Final Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy are required PRIOR to occupancy.

registration number and a City business license. Failure to provide proof of this documentation
prior to work may result in job shut down while this is accomplished.
