SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. Sprinkler requirements and options for this project are essential to this permit. The
"Required Modifications" included in the approved plans must be reviewed in conjunction
with all inspections to determine code compliance.
2. Mechanical permit is required for all mechanical work (including corridor and "new pub
space" fresh air per WSVIAQ.) Contractor to certify fresh air via dampened fresh air to air
handler or room openings to exterior to be minimum 1/20"' of floor square footage.
3. Plumbing permit required. Verify existing and proposed fixture units for water supply and
D-W-V.
4. PARAPET: Repair loose cap stones; repoint south wall; and install parapet bracing if
required per UBC Chapter 16.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.Owner or owner's agent shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies noted
by required inspections.
2. Reinspection is required after any corrections are completed.
3. Final Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy are required PRIOR to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no
inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one
inspection per year to keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-STTE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
