SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
TESC: Erosion control measures shall be installed as needed during construction. Measures
may include but are not limited to installation of graveled construction entrance, silt fencing,
fire wash, etc. Rights-of-way sha{{ be kept clean of dirt and debris. Failure to comply will result
in all work on the site being stopped. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent
properties.
PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
FINAL: 5" high house numbers shall be posted at the entrance to the ADU. If the numbers are
not clearly visible from the street, another set of numbers 3" high shall be placed on a mailbox
or post at the property line adjacent to the main entrance to the street
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
• 2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
