1 . DEMOLITION: Materials from demolition shall be disposed of in areas off-site which meet all
applicable requirements of state and local codes.
2. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
3. VAPOR BARRIER: 4 mil poly, kraft paper or vapor barrier paint required on warrn side of
exterior walls if changes are made to walls.
4. FINAL: ADU address numbers, 5" high, are to be posted at entrance to ADU. As numbers will
not be visible from Clay Street, a second set of numbers 3" high shall be placed on a post or
mailbox at the property line adjacent to the street.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
