APPROVAL FROM TOWNE POINT OWNER'S ASSOCIATION REQUIRES REVIEW OF FINAL STAKING TO VERIFY SETBACKS PRIOR TO 8EGlNNING CONSTRUCTION. 2. FINAUSKIRTING: No holes or gaps greater than 1/4" allowed in skirting. Crawl space ventilation per manufacturers specs or 1/150 (17 req'd.), located on at least two opposing sides to provide far cross ventilation.
