SPECIAL CONDITIONS! RESTRICTIONS
1 . TESC: Temporary erosion and sediment control measures shall be installed on-site as needed
during constructicn. Measures may include but are not limited to installation of graveled
construction entrance, fire wash, sweeping of paved surfaces, etc. Rights-of-way shall be kept
clean of dirt and debris. Soils exposed during construction shall be temporarily stabilized
through mulching, sodding, plastic covering or other means. Applicant is responsible for
protection of adjacent properties.
2. FOOTINGS: See engineering; 8" x 16" footing speed, 36" x 36" x 12" interior footing.
• 3. FOUNDATION: See engineering, detail F3, page 7/16, for foundation wall resteel: #4 verticals
~ 16" o.c., #4 horizontals @ 12" o.c.
4. FLOOR FRAMING: See shear wall schedule for anchor bolt spacing: 2" x 2" x 3/16" square
washers required at all anchor bolts.
5. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
6. FRAMING: See page 2/16 of engineering for structural notes -these specs are required in
addition to shear wall and conventional framing requirements. Garage door headers shall
be extended to meet between doors; ends shall be connected with Simpson LSTA36 strap.
Headers shall be extended to comers of garage and connected to exterior sheathing with 8d
3" o.c. at edges and in field.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
