PLUMBING: Water heater pressure relief valve drain shall extend outside of skirting, with elbow down and terminate between 6" and 24" above ground. 7. PLUMBING: Horizontal runs in drainage system shall be sloped minimum 1/4" per foot. 8. PLUMBING: Freeze protection (insulation) required for water supply pipes outside and in crawl space. 9. FINAL: Pier supports and anchors per manufactured home installation manual require inspection prior to skirting. Plans spec 6000# steel piers under ridge beams; piers to be load stamped. 14. FINAL/SKIRTING: No holes or gaps greater than 1/4" allowed in skirting. Craw! space ventilation per manufacturer's specs or 1/150 (17 req'd), located on at least two opposing sides to provide for cross ventilation. Crawl space access required: ane (1) per section or as required by manufacturer; minimum 18" x 24". GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work. 2. Reinspections are required after any corcections are complete. 3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year.
