SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. No 20% budget required for ADA. Building substantially remolded 2 years ago and
made accessible per code. However, all work to meet accessibility requirements.
2. Structural calculations by Richard Berg, Architect, attached to approved plans.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Owner or owner's agent shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies
noted by required inspections.
2. Reinspection are required after any corrections are completed.
3. Final Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy are required PRIOR to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no
inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least
one inspection per year to keep your building permit active.
7. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
