• PECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
TESC: Temporary erosion and sediment control measures shall be installed on-site as needed
during construction. Measures may include but are not limited to installation of graveled
construction entrance, sweeping of paved surfaces, fire wash, installation of silt fencing, etc.
Adjacent rights-of-way shall be kept clean; failure to comply will result in all work on the site
being stopped. Soils exposed during construction shall be temporarily stabilized by seeding,
mulching, plastic covering or other means. Once construction is completed, the site shall be
permanently stabilized with seeding, sodding, ortopsoiling if needed. Applicant is responsible
for protection of adjacent properties.
FLOOR FRAMING: BCI joist plan shall be on-site at time of inspection.
3. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
4. FRAMING: Engineered truss plan to be on-site at time of inspection.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
