SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . Per SEPA condition #5, only vegetation within 10' of the perimeter of the building pad may be
removed.
2. USE: Garage to be used for storage/hobby area until such time as access is established from
R Street.
3. ALL ELEMENTS OF BRACED WALL AND ALTERNATE BRACED WALL PANELS REQUIRE
INSPECTION PRIOR TO COVER.
4. TESC: Applicant/contractorshsll install temporary erosion control measures as required
during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and
graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud .
and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in
all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be
covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, parches) shall
be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is
completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc.
Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corcections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
