RESTRICTIONS 1 . Street Utility and Development Permit is issued fodauthorizes construction of one home on lot two; future construction of additional homes requires further review and approval from Public Works. 2. TESC: Temporary erosion and sediment control measures shall be installed on-site as needed during construction. Public rights-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud and debris from the site is not allowed and shall be addressed through installation of graveled construction entrance, fire wash, sweeping of paved surfaces, etc. Soils exposed during construction shall be covered, landscaped or reseeded; once construction is completed, the site shall be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties. 3. FLOOR FRAMING: BCI joist plan shall be on-site ~ time of inspection. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve is required. FRAMING: Engineered truss plan to be on-site at time of inspection. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work. 2. Reinspections are required after any corcections are complete. 3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year.
