TESC: Applicandcontractor shall install temporary erosion control measures as required during '" construction. Measures shall include but aze not limited to installation of silt fencing and graveled construction entrance. The publicright-of--way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., pazking, walkways, driveways, porches, etc.) Shall be landscaped or reseeded withing seven days after reaching final grade. Once construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties. 3. All structural design elements to be inspected prior to cover. 4. Calculate job valuation for additional permit fees. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Owner or owner's agent shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies noted by required inspections. 2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are completed. 3. Final Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy are required PRIOR to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year.
