PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING: Prior to any work execute apre-const. meeting with Contractor and Building Department. 2. TESC: Applicant/contractor shall install temporary erosion control measures as required during construction. Measures shall include but aze not limited to installation of silt fencing and graveled construction entrance. The public right-of--way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., pazking, walkways, driveways, porches, etc.) Shall be landscaped or reseeded withing seven days after reaching final grade. Once construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties. 3. MASONRY: Special Inspection required for masonry prism testing. If Special Inspector and Agency Lab are not listed in WABO Register, Special Inspector must present ICBO credentials to Building Department for approval PRIOR to any inspections. 4. FRAMING: Fire block all wall at 10' O.C. horizontal and vertical including all furred walls. 5. FRAMING: Do not remove 1 ''/i' knocks outs in middle roof TJI as this joists is the required draft stop. 6. FRAMING: All welding by WABO certified welders. Present credentials to Building Department.
