HOURS: Outdoor construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and prohibited on weekends and national holidays. 2. Dust control measures shall include watering of the site, backfilling as soon as possible and sweeping impervious surfaces where soil may be tracked. Chemical dust suppressants shall not be used. 3. Trees greater than 12" in diameter ~ 4 feet above ground and mare than 10' from the building pad shall be field marked for the contractor and not removed. 4. TESC: Erosion and sediment control measures to be installed on-site during construction per Hamilton Heights Master Plan and DOE Best Management Practices. 5. FOOTINGS: Applies to garage/storage/porch/deck. 6. FOUNDATION: Applies to garage. 7. SLAB: Reinforced concrete slab for home requires minimum 4 1/4" slab. 8. FLOOR FRAMING: Applies to deck. 9. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required. 10. PLUMBING: Main shut-off valve to be installed in water supply piping prior to connection to home. Valve shall be full-flow type (gate or ball valve); minimum 3/4" diameter, same as supply pipe. 11 . PLUMBING: Water heater pressure relief valve drain shall extend outside of skirting, with elbow down and terminate between 6 "and 24" above ground. 14. PLUMBING: Horizontal runs in drainage system shall be sloped minimum 1/4" per foot. 15. MECHANICAL: Whole house exhaust fan timer shall be set to operate for 2 4-hour periods per day unless central exhaust fan is set to run continuously. 16. MECHANICAL: Dryer exhaust shall be vented to the outside. Extension into crawl space requires venting through skirting with no dips; follow dryer manufacturer's instructions. Moisture exhaust duct shall not exceed total combined vertical and horizontal length of 14 feet with 2 90-degree elbows. 17. FRAMING: All elements of alternate braced wall panel require inspection prior to cover. 18. FRAMING: Engineered truss plan shall be on- site and alteration insignia shall be posted on house at inspection time. 19. VAPOR BARRIER: Required on warrn side of walls in conditioned space (heated storage): kraft paper (faced batt insulation), 4 mil poly or vapor barrier paint. 20. DRAINAGE: All water drains piped to outside shall drain away from home; ground to slope away from home for minimum 5 feet ~ 112" per foot. 21 . FINAL: Pier supports and anchors per manufactured home installation manual require inspection prior to skirting. 22. FINAUSKIRTING: No holes or gaps greater than 1/4" allowed in skirting. Crawl space ventilation per manufacturer's specs or 1/150 (12 req'd.), located on at least two opposing sides to provide for cross ventilation. Crawl space access required: one (1) per section or as required by manufacturer; minimum 18" x 24". GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work. 2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete. 3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year.
