SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TESC: Temporary erosion and sediment control measures shall be installed on-site as needed
during construction. Measures may include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing,
construction entrance, tire wash, sweeping of paved surfaces, etc. Exposed soils shall be
stabilized within seven days. Once construction is completed, the site shall be permanently
stabilized with seeding, sodding or topsoiling if needed. Applicant is responsible for protection
of adjacent properties.
2. FLOOR FRAMING: BCI plan shall be provided on-site at time of inspection.
3. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
4. FRAMING: Braced wall panels require inspection prior to cover.
5. FRAMING: Intermediate framing speed on WATTSUN for R-19 wall -or- use standard framing
with R-21.
~6. FRAMING: Engineered scissor truss plan shall be on-site at inspection time,
