INSPECTION PRIOR TO COVER.
2. TESL: ~C~S: ApplicanUcontractorsha/l install temporary erosion control measures as needed
during construction. Measures may include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and
graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud
and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in
all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by consfruc~tiaa~~ activity which are not to be
covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking, walk~v3ys, driveways, porches) shall
be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is
completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc.
Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
3. FLOOR FRAMING: BCI joist plan shall be on-site at inspection time.
4. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
5. FRAMING: All Alternate Braced Wall Panels (ABWP) require inspection prior to cover.
6. FINAL: Obtain final approval from Public Works Engineering (385-7212 ext. 1156) prior to
scheduling Building Department final.

4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. CaII for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
