SPECIAL CONDITIONS! RESTRICTIONS
1 : HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION: Outdoor construction activities on the site shall be limited to the
hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday and prohibited on weekends and national
holidays.
2. DUST CONTROL: On-site dust control measures shall include, but not limited to: watering of
the site, vegetation of exposed areas, backfllling as soon as possible and sweeping impervious
surfaces where soil may be tracked.
,. TESC: Street to be kept clean of sediment and debris through sweeping or other means as
needed, such as, the use of silt fencing, temporary sediment ponds, d'fversion ditches, fire
washes and drive-off mats. Failure to comply with this condition will result in all work on the site
being stopped.
4. MECHNICAL: Environmental Air Exhaust Duct Terminus to be 3' from openings into building.
5. MECHANICAL: All ducting penetrations into required 1 Hour Const. separations between tenant
spaces to be inclosed in 1 Hour rated shafts. Inspection required prior to cover.
6. FRAMING: Draft stops required in line with walls separating tenant spaces.
7. FRAMING: 1 Hour Const. required for walls and floorlceiling assemblies separating tenant
spaces.
8. FRAMING: See Spe Cond No 11 for WAC 51-30 Barrier Free requirements for two Type B
units on ground floor
9. DRYWALL: 5/8" Type X GWB required on storage/tenant common walls and storage/storage
common walls.
10. PARKING: One Barrier Free parking space required to be located in parking space nearest the
accessible entrance.
11 . FINAL: WAC 51-30 Barrier Free Requirements for Type B Dwelling Units: Number of Units
Required -Ground floor units. Doors -All room entry doors 32" net; lever handles; entry door
only to meet maneuvering clearances with 1/2" threshold. Kitchen - 30"x 48" clear space
allowing parallel approach for wheelchair at range and sink; 30"x 24"x 34" A.F.F. (max., 27"
under); work surtace may have cabs underneath if easily removed. Bathrooms - 30"x 48"
maneuvering space; doors may not encroach into this space; easily removed cabinet OK under
lav; grab bars may be omitted but must install blocking for future grab bar installation. Parking -
Parking spaces need not be identified by signage; other requirements for one accessible space
apply

1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire 'rf no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep
your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
