WORK PRIOR TO PERMIT: All structural work accomplished prior to issuance of Building Permit to be approved by engineer currently licensed in the state of Washington. Certification report to be "wet stamped." 2. SPECIAL INSPECTIONS: Concrete and masonry grout requires special inspections for strength per approved plans. Copy all reports to the Building Department. TESC: ApplicantJcontractor shall install temporary erosion control measures as required during construction. Measures shall include but aze not limited to installation of silt fencing and graveled construction entrance. The public right-of--way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activities which are not to be covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches, etc.) Shall be landscaped or re- seeded within seven days after reaching final grade. Once construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sod, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Owner or owner's agent shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies noted by required inspections. 2. Reinspection are required after any corrections are completed. 3. Final Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy are required PRIOR to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep your building permit active. 7. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
