SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL: Applicant/contractor to install
temporary erasion control measures as required during construction. Tracking or mud and
debris from the site to street will not be allowed. Failure to comply will result in Stop Work
Order. Other Best Management Practices may apply.
2. FOOTING: ABWP hardware to be incorporated into footing due to wood stem wall. All
elements of ABWP to be inspected prior to cover.
3. FLOOR FRAMING: Wood stem wall requires stainless steel nails below grade where exposed
to earth.
4. FRAMING: See Wattsun dated 717198.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
• ~. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep
your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
