ENGINEER OF RECORD AND REVISION FROM BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
2. TESC: Owner/contradorshalf install erosion and sediment control measures on-site during
~- ,.construction as needed.. Measures may include but are not limited to: installation of graveled
`~ construction-entrance (access to site'shalf be limited to this stabilized entrance); covering. of
exposed soils within two days with mulching, plastic sheeting, etc; protection of adjacent
properties through the use of filter fencing, straw bale barriers, etc. (See attached erosion
control information)

4. FRAMING: Engineered truss plan is part of permit package.
5. FRAMING: See engineered drawings for connection specs; HF #1 rough sawn posts required
(see sheet 4/4).
6. FINAL: Restrictive covenant to be recorded prior to final inspection approval.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
t. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3, Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits. expire if no progress has been made within six months, ar if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one. year. Call far at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit alive.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
