SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
2. TESC: Applicant/Contractorsholl install temporary eroision control measures as required
during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to the installation of silt fencing
and graveled conctruction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of
mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will
result in all work on the site being. stopped. Areas distrubed by construction activity which are
not to be covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g. parking, walkways, driveways,
porches) shall he landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once
construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sad
ect. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
3. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80psi, pressure reducing valve required.
4. PLUMBING: Main shut-off valve to be installed in water supply piping prior to connection to
home. Valve shall be full-flow type (gate or ball valve); minium 314" diameter, same as supply

5. PLUMBING Freeze protection (e.g. insulation) required f~ water supply pipes outside and in
crawl space.
`. PLUMBING: Water pressure relief valve drain shall extend outside of skirting, with elbow
down and terminate between 6" and 24" above the ground.
7. PLUMBING: Horizontal runs in drainage system shall be sloped a minium of 1/4" per foot.
8. MECHANICAL: Whole house exhaust fan timer shall be set to operate for 2, 4 hour periods
per day unless central exhaust fan is set to run continuously.
9. MECHANICAL: Dryer exhaust shall be vented to the outside. Extension into crawl space
requires venting through skirting with no dips; follow manufactures instructions. Moisture
exhaust ducts shall not exceed total combined vertical and horizontal length of 14 feet with 2
elbows.
10. FRAMING: Framing inspection required for garage,
11 . FRAMING: If garage is not fully self-supporting or if roof load is modified, an alteration permit
and inspection is required by Labor and Industries. Site-built porches also require L & I review
and inspection.
12. DRAINAGE: All water drain piped to outside shall drain away from the home; ground to slope
away from home for a minium 5 feet ~ 1/4" per foot.
13. FINAL: Pier supports and anchors per manufactured home installation manual require
inspection prior to skirting.
14. FINAL/SKIRTING: No holes or gaps greater than 1/4" allowed in skirting. Crawl space
ventilation: 1 square foot net area per 150 square feet of crawl space. Crawl space access
required: one per section or as required by manufacturer, minium 18" X 24".

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
