SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TSEC: Applicant/contractor to install temporary erosion control measures as required during
construction. Tracking of mud and debris from stte to street will not be allowed. Failure to
comply will result in stop work order. Other Best Managemen[ Practices (BMP's) may apply.
2 . MONOSLAB: See approved engineered drawings for details.
3 . FRAMING: See approved engineered drawings for framing details.
4 . FRAMING: Letter of certifica[ion required from engineer re: high strength bolting.
5 . PARKING: No additional parking required.
6 . LIGHTING: See NREC Lighting Summary--interior lighting only.
7 . FINAL: See Special Condition No 4 re: high strength bolting.
8 . FINAL: One Barrier Free Accessible entrance required per WAC 51-30.
GENERAL CONDITIONS •
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per yeaz to keep
your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
