SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . ANY CHANGE TO ENGINEERED PLANS REQUIRES REVISION WITH WRITTEN
APPROVgL FROM ENGINEER.
2. TESL: ApplicanUcontractorsholl install temporary erosion control measures as required
during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and
graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud
and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in
all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be
covered by permanent impervious surtaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches) shall
be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is
completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc.
Applicantis responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
3. FOOTINGS: Engineered plan requires 6" x 18" pier pads ~ 4' deep, typ. except pad @ front
sliding door post to be 2' deep.
4. FRAMING: See engineered plans, sheets 5/6 and 6/6, for truss-to-pole details.
5. FRAMING: See Sheet 3/6 of engineered plans for Simpson hanger (SUR/L26 & LU26), hip
comer plate (HCP2) and multiple truss hanger (MTHM) specs.
6. FINAL: Restrictive Covenant to be recorded prior to final inspection.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year: Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
