SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TSEC: ApplicanUcontractor to install temporary erosion control measures as required during
construction.Tracking of mud and debris from the site to street will not be allowed. Failure to
comply will result in stop work order. Other Best Management Practices may apply.
2. DEMOLITION: All construction debris to be deposited in approved areas in accordance with
local, state and federal laws.
3. FOUNDATION: See attached prescriptive rebar requirements.
4. FOUNDATION: Garage wall brace design requires 4 ABWP's. Holdowns must be on site and
perferably installed in wall prior to inspection. Note: Check Simpson catalog for required
distance from foundation corner to holdown placement.
5. SLAB: Non-structural; no inspection required.
6. FRAMING: All elements of ABWP's require inspection prior to cover.
7. FRAMING: Prior to Framing Inspection, permitee to contact Public Works to determine if
Minor Improvement Permit (MIP) is required for new driveway configuration where it meets
R-O-W.

3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building pepartment within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
