1 . THIS PERMIT IS ISSUED WITH THE AGREEMENT THAT A REVISION WILL BE
SUBMITTED FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF THE FOUNDATION FOLLOWING
APPROVAL OF SHORELINE PERMIT EXEMPTION.
2. DEMOLITION: Demolition materials shall be disposed of in areas off-site meeting all
qualifications as set forth by state and local law.
3. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
4. FRAMING: Applicant shall ensure that window and door replacement U-factors meet the
prescriptive requirements per WSEC for other fuels..60 U-factor required fof windows if
glazing square footage does not exceed 21% of heated floor area. If glazing exceeds 21%
alternative compliance method is required.
5. VAPOR BARRIER: Vapor barrier required for exterior wall framing (8 sliding glass door.
