1 . ALL ELEMENTS OF ALTERNATE BRACED WALL PANELS REQUIRE.INSPECTION PRIOR
TO COVER.
2. TESC: ApplicanUcontrador shall install temporary erosion control measures as required
during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and
graveled construction entrance: The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud
and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in
all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be
covered by permanent impervious surtaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches) shall
be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is
completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc.
Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
3. FOUNDATION: Crawl girder end post/fdn. wall requires positive connection or use beam
pocket.
4. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
5. DRAINAGE: Infiltration per approved master plan dated 9/16!97 by ADA Engineering.
Contact the Engineering Department for inspection.
6. FINAL: Protective barrier required for garage appliances located in vehicle path of travel.

requirements prior to scheduling final inspection.

3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy:

been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
