Tracking of mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches) shall be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties. 3.
