1 . ALL ELEMENTS OF ALTERNATE BRACED WALL PANELS REQUIRE INSPECTION PRIOR
TO COVER.
2. TESC: ApplicanUcontractorsha1l install temporary erosion control measures as required
during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and
graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud
and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in
all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be
covered by permanent impervious surtaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches) shall
be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is
completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc.
Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties. '
3. FOOTINGS: See foundation plan, sheet Z2, for location of 30" x 30" x 10" interior footings, 2
places.
4. FOUNDATION: Girder beam posUfdn. wall requires positive connection or beam pocket.
Beam pocket: 3" bearing typ. with decay resistance material under, 112" air top, sides and
ends.
5. FLOOR FRAMING: Girder beam post/fdn. wall requires positive connection or use beam
pocket.
6. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
7. FINAL: Please call the Engineering Office at 385-2413 for inspection and approval of Public
Works requirements prior to scheduling your final inspection.
