Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be covered by permanent impervious surtaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches) shall be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties. 3. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year.
