SPECIAL CONDITIONS / RESTRIGTIONS
1 . COMPACTION OF BACKFILL TO 90% MAX. DENSITY IN LIFTS NOT EXCEEDING S
INCHES TO BE VERIFIED ON-SITE BY ENGINEER OF RECORD.
2. TESC: Temporary erosion:and sediment control measures shall be installed as outlined in
engineered plan: all distrured soil surtaces shall be protected from rain by plastic cover or tarps
within 48 hours of earthwork; surface of existing bank shall be protected from rain for at feast
10 feet from retaining wall during wall construction; immediately after backfilling, the slope
behind retaining wall shall be reseeded and covered with straw mulch until grass turf has been
established; all stockpiled soils shall also be covered to prevent erosion and sediment run-off
due to rainfall.
3. FOOTINGS: See engineered plans for details: concrete compressive strength speed ~ 3000
psi using a 5 sack per cubic yard mix; resteel speed @ 40 ksi #4.
4. FOUNDATION: See engineered plans for wall details: resteel speed @ 16" o.c both
horizontal and vertical.
5. FINAL: See engineered plans and design colts for reseeding requirements for slope.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prrorto occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
