SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
3 . FOOTING: No wetsticking of resteel in walls over 4' tall. See Foundation Handout (attached)
for resteel requirements.
4 . FLOOR FRAMING: Crawl access in floor.
5 . FLOOR FRAMING: Double floor joists required under IBWP at Bedroom/Kitchen wall.
6 . MECHANICAL: No flex dryer vent may be used as flex exhaust fan ducting.
7 . MECHANICAL: Environmental Air Duct exhaust terminus at least 3 feet away from building
openings.
8 . FRAMING: Street & Utility'Development permit issued PRIOR to Framing Inspection.
9;,. FRAMING: PRIOR to Framing Inspection furnish copy of recorded Restrictive Covenant
prohibiting development of ruore than one Single Family Residence on Block 23 per Public
Works letter from Dave Peterson, dated 12/22/97.
10 . FRAMING: Inspect all elements of ABWP prior to cover.
11 . FRAMING: Attic access required if more than 30" headroom.
12 . DRYWALL NAILING: IBWP nailing/screwing at 7" O.C. See approved plans for locations.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections aze complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been trade within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one yeaz. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep
your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
