TSEC: The public right-of-way shall be kept clean of sediment and debris through sweeping or other means as needed. Failure to comply may result in stop work notice. 2. FRAMING: NREC light budget, lighting plan, day light zones and switching to be submitted and approved by building dept. prior to framing inspection. 3. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete. 3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Deparkment within one year.
