1 . TSEC: The public right-of-way shall be kept clean of sediment and debris through sweeping or
other means as needed. Failure to comply may result in stop work notice.
2. FRAMING: NREC light budget, lighting plan, day light zones and switching to be submitted
and approved by building dept. prior to framing inspection.
3. FRAMING: New exterior walls at side yards to be 1 HR. CONST. Inspection required prior to
cover for wall braced panels and exteriortype X GWB.
4. FRAMING: Fresh air provided through building openings. 20 SF required; 48 SF provided.
5. FRAMING: Attic access required.
6. FRAMING: See approved plans for details of restroom wall and floor covering requirements.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Deparkment within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
