SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . ALL ELEMENTS OF BRACED WALL PANELS REQUIRE INSPECTION PRIOR TO COVER.
2. TESC: ApplicanUcontractorshatl install temporary erosion control measures as required
during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and
graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud
and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in
all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be
covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches) shall
be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is
completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc.
Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
3. DEMOLITION: Demolition materials shall be disposed of in areas off-site meeting all
qualifications as set forth by state and local law.
4. FOUNDATION: See Sheet 4 of plans for detail of holdowns in foundation crib wall.
5. FLOOR FRAMING: See Sheet 3 of plans for details on foundation crib wall G~
pantry/mudroom.
6. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi,. pressure reducing valve required.
7. MECHANICAL: Whole house fan will be located in master bath per designer.
~8. FRAMING: Fresh air intake for whole house ventilation required through window orwall ports
for both master bedroom and office addition.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
