SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
TESC: ApplicanUcontractorsholl install temporary erosion control measures as needed during
construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and
graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud
and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in
all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be
covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches) shall
be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. Once construction is
completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with seeding, plantings, sodding, etc.
Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
SLAB: Anchor bolts required @ 3' o.c. for diaphragm rotation.
FRAMING: Principle of diaphragm rotation used to fulfill wall bracing requirements; see
attached details.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
