SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
L . TSEC: Owner/contractor shall install erosion and sediment control measures as needed during
constuc[ion.
2 . UNDERGROUND PLUMBING: Any under-slab plumbing requires inspection prior to cover.
3 . FRAMING: Architect of Record to provide letter of certification to Building Department prior to
Framing Inspection detailing Architect's inspection of exterior straw bale wall construction re:
straw bale storage, wall bracing, sleeved piping penetrations, shear pins, bale running bonds,
moisture protection for straw bales a foundation, etc.
4 . FRAivi1NG: A11 structural elements require inspection prior to cover.
5 . FRAMING: Consult TII's manufactures instructions for details of bracing and blocking
requirements at ridge and plate line.
6 . FRAMING: Notching of truss [op cord for outriggers to be a site added member not affecting
truss design_
FRAMING: Attic access required if 30" overhead in concealed spaces.
~?3 . DRYWALL NAILING: Interior Braced Wall Panels (IBWP), Floor-2, nailed or screwed @ 7"O. C.
See Sheet No. 7 for locations and details. Architect's design rather than perscriptivz UBC
requirements apply.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections aze required afrer any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at leas[ one inspection per year to keep
your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
