SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TSEC: Owner/contractor shall install erosion and sediment control measures as needed during
construction.
2. DEMOLITION: Demolition materials shall be disposed of in areas off-site meeting all
qualifications as set forth by state and local law and other government agencies.
3. FOOTING: See approved engineered detail re: addition of footing to exisiting mono-slab.
4. FLOOR FRAMING: Floorjoists over slab--use treated joists or visqueen over slab and
between untreated joists. Wood floorjoisted area to be insulated with R-19. If faced
insulation, faced side to be closest to wood floor decking. Inspection requied for insulation.
5. MECHANICAL: Duct terminations for enviromental air ducts not within 3 feet of building
openings.
6. FRAMING: No attic venting shown but required; either eave and ridge vents, gable end vents
or roof vents. Show compliance with calculations at Framing Inspection.
7. DRYWALL: 518 Type X GWB required on back wall of wood storage shed from foundation to
underside of roof sheathing.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
t. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
