SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. PLUMBING: Public Works (Dave Peterson 385-3000, x1117) to approve grease trap submittal prior to
Plumbing Inspection.
2. FRAMING: Jefferson County Health Department approval of kitchen layout and equipment prior to Framing

3. FRAMING: Main exit may have key locking hardware with sign "THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED
DURING BUSINESS HOURS." Sign letters to be 1" high on contrasting background. All other doors to
exterior of restaurant to have panic hardware.
4. FINAL: Sign required at main exit, "Maximum Occupant Load - 80."
5. FINAL: Restroom floors and walls behind water closets and 2' to the sides to have hard, nonabsorbent
surface with 5" high hard, nonabsorbent material extending 5" up wall for entire perimeter of bathroom.
6. FINAL: Sign permit to be issued prior to Final Inspection.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Owner or owner's agent shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies noted by required
inspections.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are completed.
3. Final Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy are required PRIOR to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been
made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep your
building permit active.
7. POST THIS PERMIT ONSITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
