SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . FINAL: Atl inspection may be done at Final Inspection as a!I work has been completed.
2. FINAL: Separate house numbers are required for ADU for emergency services. Call Jan
Zimmer ~ 385-3000 for assignment of house number prior to Final Inspection. ($3.00 House
Number Fee has been paid with this permit.) .Display house numbers per PTMC: 5" high
numbers on ADU @ entry; if not visible from street, post additional 3" high numbers visible
from street on path to ADU such that emergency services would be directed to ADU entry.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
