SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TESL: Owner/contractor shall install erosion and sediment control measures on-site during
construction as needed. Measures may include but are not limited to: installation of graveled
construction entrance (access to site shall be limited to this stabilized entrance); covering of
exposed soils within two days with mulching, plastice sheeting, etc.; protection of adjacent
properties through the use of filter fencing, straw bale barriers, etc.
2. FOOTINGS: 22" diameter footings required ~ truss/pole locations (2); 18" diameter footings
all other locations, see engineered drawings.
3. FRAMING: Engineered truss plan part of permit package.
4. FRAMING: See engineered construction drawings and subsequent letter from structural
engineer dated December 4, 1997 regarding framing member sizes, framing anchors (Detail 9,
Sheet 3) and connection details.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corcections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
