ALL ELEMENTS OF BRACED WALL PANELS (BWP) REQUIRE INSPECTION PRIOR TO COVER. 2. Contractor must receive approval from both the designer and engineer and an approved revision from the Building Department prior to making Feld changes. 3. TESC: ApplicanUcontractorsholl install temporary erosion control measures as required during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt fencing and graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean. Tracking of mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this condition will result in all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction activity which are not to be covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking, walkways, driveways, porches) shall be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching final grade. ROOF FRAMING: Simpson H-1 ties speed. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.. 2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete. 3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year.
