SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . FOUNDATION: 5 1/2 sack concrete speed.
2. FOUNDATION: See engineered plans for holdown locations: STHDRJI4 speed with 2 #4
resteel w/ 18" legs ~ each side of holdown.
3. FOUNDATION: #4 x 8" resteel ~ 30" o.c. top & bottom of fdn. walls "A"; epoxy grout into
existing fdn. wall -
4. FOUNDATION: #4 vertical bars @ 15" o.c. 8 #4 horizontal bars @ 12" o.c. for both "A" & "B"
foundation walls. '
5. FOUNDATION: #4 x 18" resteel @ 30" o.c. with minimum 3" embedment, epoxy grout into
existing slab.
6. FINAL: Foundation Wall Section "A": 3" x 3" x 3116" x 8' steel angles required w! 10d x 1 1/2"
nails @ 4" o.c.. Minimum length of steel angles should be 8' with 3 sections per 30' wall
length. Also, 3/16" x 12" x 8' plate required with 10d nails staggered ~ 3" o.c. & 1/2" x 2 1/2"
welded stud (bolt) ~ 36" o.c.
7. FINAL: Foundation Wall "B": Simpson A23 clips required ~ 16" o.c. for joist blocking/subfloor
connection. 5/8" anchor bolts speed ~ 4' o.c.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call far at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
