SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TESC: Applicant shall install temporary erosion and sediment control measures on site during
construction as needed. Measures shall include: gravel construction entrance; stabilization of
denuded areas with mulching, plastic covering, sodding; sweeping of paved surtaces, etc.
2. FOUNDATION: See sheet A3 for shear panel details: 1/2" x 12" anchor bolts required at
shear panels, 2 each panel; HPAHD-22 anchors required.
3. FRAMING: See Sheet A3 for shear panel framing/nailing specs.
4. ROOF FRAMING: See Sheet A2 for hurricane tie specs: H2 req'd, where truss is directly over
stud; H25 elsewhere.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
